Ailya was a fantastic host who provided a great car. The car was clean and well presented for us. Communication was always clear and other than a small blip at the start out-with Ailya’s control (which she did sort very quickly), we had no issues at all. Pickup was super easy and host couldn't possibly have been more helpful, even offering to have a minor repair done for use during our hire (it really wasn't necessary but so kind to offer!).
Car was super spacious, clean, efficient, fit all our luggage no problem and stylish to boot.
For someone coming from driving automatics in the US, the car being automatic is one less thing to think about driving on the other side of the road.
For Glasgow a plus too - the car is low emission zone (LEZ) approved so no fines for going right into the town centre.
