Hosts were amazing. we had a puntuare mid way and the host came to help up replace the wheel. Excellent treatment, highly recommend.

The host was very nice, but the experience was the worst I have ever had with Turo. She cancelled the trip one hour before I landed, She did get another car, but it was supposed to be airport pickup, I had to take a Uber to a lot a mile and a half away. The car was clean. It was only half full of gas so I filled it up and went to my hotel. It wouldn’t start the next morning. I had to eat the cost of my other hotel I was leaving to. Couldn’t book another Turo because this one was still going and I couldn’t get the host to cancel it. I have used Turo all over the United States and different countries but I think this might be my last time.
