Sir, you kept driving the car while it had something completely break inside of it during the trip which wasn’t there before, endangering yourself. While only informing me about a burnt lightbulb, which I offered to fix for you the very same or next day at your preferred location. But instead, your attitude was unfriendly, rude and unprofessional and very emotional. Also, I’m a woman, not a man.
