Pick up was seamless, we had an early start but it was no problem to get the keys out of the nearby lock box with the code supplied by Owen. All communication with him was clear, friendly and prompt.
The car itself was immaculate, clearly a lot of effort had been put in to making it as neat and clean for us as possible.
The car is reliable, quiet and an easy drive with smooth gear changes and good traction in wet conditions on the motorway. It has fantastic fuel efficiency.
Another unexpected plus was how easy it was to spot the car in a crowded car park, the golden colour instantly distinguishable from the sea of white and dark.
