My trip with Stephen was not straightforward but none of it was of his making. Some confusing, night before pick-up issues, over whether his Merc was ULEZ compliant turned out to be the DVLAs fault; Stephen was totally transparent with me and immediately offered me a different car. The Ioniq was in great condition, spotlessly clean and we had a great trip.
