The car drove well but it is due for a service. The ‘car’ light was on and off. The tire pressure warning was on all the time but was told the tire pressure was okay. It runs very rough first thing in the morning. All things should be fixed with a service. Nevertheless I felt safe and the car drove well. Sophia was responsive but her partner let me down at both ends. 45 minutes late delivering the car and 25 minutes late picking it up. The car was clean enough. I felt I got good value for money.

I am incredibly I came across Sophia as a host. She was responsive, kind, and empathetic.
While on my trip, I had a medical situation which led me to having to extend my trip while also not having the strength to return the car.
Sophia accommodated my situation by having someone meet me at the hotel to pick up the car.
You have no idea how much that meant bc I was really stressing about returning the car to her on time. She is a saint!
The car itself was great. Wonderful on gas, sensors that detect speed, objects, and people in the view. Spacious enough for 3 large pieces of luggage plus more.
