Awful owner. Charged for expenses that come from running a rental car business and pressures you for 5 star reviews. Had a tire puncture and the tire wasn’t in good enough shape for the mechanic to try to fix it, ended up paying to replace it fully.

Pre-trip photos confirmed no warning lights, and a post-trip Kwik Fit health check verified all tyres exceeded legal limits. Your drop-off photos also showed the tyre pressure light was on before collection.
Leaving a negative review after being presented with factual evidence and garage reports for road damage incurred during a trip is unfair. Per guidelines, road hazard damage is the renter’s responsibility.
Quality was good - clean car
But it is a tram ride away, charging us £7.50 per person!
