Great little car! Never driven a smart car before so it was a nice change, very nifty. Car was in good condition when collected, easy to find and very local to me. Car drove well from London to Basildon and back. AC also works very well! Kash is a great host, provided detailed instructions and also spoke with me on the phone during drop off as I didn’t manage to get the same parking space the car was in during collection and Kash reassured me that was fine. This was my first time booking and driving a hire car so it was great to have such a smooth booking process and friendly, down to earth host. Thanks Kash!
