Difficult access issues that tainted experience.
Hi Michelle, really appreciate the feedback.
Your main issue seemed to be the lockbox for access to the key. This was immediately resolved when you contacted me. You mentioned ‘host was unresponsive’ but we managed to solve it in a few minutes when you messaged. All instructions were clearly sent prior to your trip and again before you checked out. I’m on hand to answer anything further too.

The car drove fine but the cleanliness was very disappointing. Both the interior and exterior were dirty than usual and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned properly for a while, like the watermark on the windows, particularly for the rear window. We did spend quite some time to clean for safety driving on road….

I did reach out to you before your trip to inform you the previous customer had left the car back in a condition I was not satisfied with. Due to the time between trips it was not possible to have the car cleaned and therefore I offered you a discount.
