Arranged for the car to be picked up at my location. Confirmed this day before tripped started.
Turned up 25 minutes late then asked me to drop his friend off.
Then 15 minutes before car was meant to be collect asked me to drop off to him even though it was confirmed through turo that the car was meant to be picked up. Due to not doing this he got rude.
Car is also not how it was described.

I think it’s totally unfair feedback and misleading. We tried to accommodate as much possible explained situation we based in Milton Keynes and car was booked to drop in Hywacobe which was mistakenly allowed to book instead of cancellation we cooperated with guest and delivered car to his place just asked for favour to drop driver 5 mins away but denied there was no rudness or any thing.
This is brand new near and clean car only 240 miles driven how it’s was not as described.
