Car condition 5 star came with luxury tints and overall nice ride for the week. Host was very welcoming and was available for any queries throughout the trip thankfully…and has also came to collect by an act of good will much appreciated honestly… Thank you again

The car was perfectly fine and matched the advert although I really smelt of smoke. Not ideal driving for a whole day with that smell

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We’re really sorry about the smell. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our cars, and we believe a previous guest may have smoked in the vehicle. All cars are thoroughly cleaned and checked after every rental, but unfortunately the smell remained noticeable on this occasion. We completely understand how unpleasant this must have been. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and will take extra care with our cleaning inspection process moving forward.

Very responsive and clean vehicle. The mileage it gave was great as well. The ambient lights inside were a treat while driving at night. Great for long drives imo.
