Left the gas half filled then charged me 50£ for not filling her tank for her
Hi Emma, I’m sorry you felt the need to rate the trip poorly. Evidence was provided and you had time to dispute it. The car was returned at 71 miles vs 244 miles when you received it (please again refer to evidence), requiring £40 to refill, plus a £10 Turo fee. There were also minor damages I didn’t charge for. Despite this, I still rated you 5stars. I understand your frustration, but all actions were in line with policy. I encourage you to review this for future Turo guest bookings.
