Kash was responsive and kind. The car was clean and felt mechanically sound. Reliably got me to Bristol and back. Would rent again!

The car itself was good and the process to pick it up was easy. however we filled up the petrol on our way back and kept the receipt. When we got back into the car the petrol dial was not full even though we filled it and it wouldn’t let us fill anymore… I’m not sure if it was us being dumb or if it was a problem with the car but they charged us for the petrol on top of what we paid. I kept messaging to understand this but no response. Disappointing! We understand this could’ve been our issue, but all we needed was a response (I messaged about 3 times) and only expected for the price we paid for the petrol to be removed from the amount they charged us. A bit disappointing!
