I rented the car for a road trip into the western highlands and the car performed perfectly throughout. I originally reserved a different one of his C-Classes, but the day before our reservation began, it had a mechanical problem. Igor was very quick to inform me and offered a replacement car. He was super responsive and ensured we still had it in time, despite some issues with rebooking on Turo’s end. Thanks to his flexibility, my wife and I got to conclude our honeymoon with a world-class drive down the country’s western mountain range!
