the host was not reachable when I went to pick the car, provided 2 numbers both were switched off. the car was booked from 9 am, he came back with message 1:30 pm excusing he slept due to overnight work, that's fine, can happened. but it had consequence on my trip causeing delay, stress and literally ruined my day.
