Pickup location was not correct and host gave attitude due to his own fault. Tried changing the pick-up time after accepting the original timing. Very minimal space interior and small boot area. Steering was not good on motorway.

This is not a fair rating and it does not reflect us. You went to the wrong pick up location because your phone assumed the location from your calendar input, not from the location on the app (which is your fault). I did not change any timings, you collected and dropped off exactly at your trip times.
There are clear images of the size of this car as well as boot area, you can not mark us down because you chose a vehicle that was not practical for your trip.
