The car rode super smooth jay was super nice! He was soooo cool!!! Very efficient… it was my first time driving a Tesla he stayed in the parking lot at 6am with me and went over everything in the car! He even reached out during the weekend and gave me a few pointers regarding the car. When I needed help on how to charge the car he answered immediately and directed me on where to go and what to do! Definitely will rent again in a week or two!!! Thank you again jay!

Le véhicule était en excellent état et a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes, ce qui a rendu mon voyage très agréable. Je vous remercie pour la qualité de votre service. Cependant, j'ai remarqué que le balal d'essuie-glace a besoin d'être remplacé, car il ne fonctionne pas correctement. Je vous recommande de bien vouloir procéder à son changement afin d'assurer une visibilité optimale lors des conditions météorologiques défavorables. Je tenais également à souligner la facilité du processus de réservation et de restitution, qui a été très fluide. C'est toujours appréciable de bénéficier d'un service de qualité. Car was great, clean and new. Had difficulty finding place to drop off at end. Description of economy lot f parking garage would have been helpful.

Voiture très propre et performante, aucun soucis durant 3 semaines d’utilisation. Dylane est très gentil et professionnel. Très facile à communiquer avec lui pour chercher et rendre la voiture. Je vais réserver avec lui la prochaine fois sûrement. Très bon prix. Je recommande fortement.

La voiture était impeccable, propre et en excellent état - exactement comme décrite dans l'annonce. Brijesh est un hôte formidable : ponctuel, flexible et très arrangeant. Benjamin et sa femme on été très pro et très serviable nous arrangeant à la dernière minute lors d’un imprévus. Je ne peu que recommander, la voiture est en bon état, et très plaisante à conduire et vous n’aurez pas à vous inquiété le moins du monde avec la prise en charge offerte par benjamin ! Our first time booking Turo and it was fabulous! Our car worked great, perfect for a quick weekend trip for a family of 3. The car owners were amazing they picked up and dropped off at the same location accommodating to our schedule and of course always a plus no parking fees. All in all, it was a great trip and this car made it even better not having to deal with the extra hassle is always a plus highly recommend this vehicle!

Great host, responded right away. PHL short term parking can be challenging if you're not used to the setup at PHL. Make sure you take the rental car return road that's to the left of all the garages. The rental car AGENCY (Hertz, Avis, etc ONLY) returns are on the left, Short-Term garage is on the right. The Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid is the top of the Civic line. The assimilation between battery to gas engine power is almost imperceptible. The leather seats are supportive, comfortable for long drives, and some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The entire cabin experience is upscale, rivaling if not even a notch above Mazda (I would know; I'm a Mazda owner!). The adaptive cruise control is on par with other good systems like the Mazda system, and the main driver info screen is one of the best out there. Would definitely recommend this Civic Sport Touring Hybrid for your next rental in the Delaware Valley!

I rented a 2025 Tesla Model 3 this past weekend, and overall it was a great experience. The car itself was excellent—clean, modern, and everything worked exactly as expected. There was a small cosmetic issue with some damage on the front right fender above the wheel that wasn’t disclosed beforehand. It didn’t impact the drive at all, but I do think it would’ve been better to mention it in advance for transparency. The pickup process could also be improved a bit. I didn’t receive the digital key until after I landed, which made things a little stressful while coordinating pickup with my daughter as we were leaving the airport. Getting access ahead of time would’ve made for a smoother start. Additionally, the pickup instructions weren’t very clear. As a first-time traveler through BWI, it took some effort to figure out the exact garage location and parking spot since only a photo was provided. A more detailed message with step-by-step directions would be helpful. On the plus side, there was a nice surprise—Full Self-Driving (FSD) was already enabled even though it wasn’t listed, which made the drive much more enjoyable. The host was responsive and accommodating, including approving my request to return the car early without any issues. Overall, despite a few minor hiccups, this was a very positive experience. Now that I know what to expect, I’d definitely rent from this host again and would feel comfortable recommending them to others.

I love turo. Being able to pick the car you want to rent for reasonable prices and riding in style on vacation! Location of pick up was easy, $6 to pay to leave short term parking. Car was clean, and rides smoothly. Cherie also has the car set up with tommys car wash, convient so we were able to vaccum the sand out of the car before returning. I would recommend again. Thank you for letting us have the car for the weekend :)

Excellent voyage du début à la fin ! Claude et Karen ont été des hôtes formidables : sympathiques, professionnels et très accommodants. Le véhicule était propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. La communication a été facile tout au long de la location et la prise en charge ainsi que le retour du véhicule se sont déroulés sans stress. Je recommande fortement de louer avec eux et je n’hésiterais pas à refaire affaire avec eux dans le futur. Merci encore pour cette excellente expérience !

Un immense merci à Erick pour cette super location ! La voiture était absolument impeccable du début à la fin : très propre, parfaitement entretenue, ultra confortable et elle roulait vraiment très bien. On sent que le véhicule est soigneusement maintenu, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable et rassurante. Elle a été parfaite pour l’intégralité de notre séjour et a largement contribué à le rendre encore meilleur. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je relouerai avec grand plaisir. Merci encore Erick !

Super petite auto robuste, aucun problème pour un trajet Montréal-megantic :) parfait pour un petit week-end. Processus de dépôt et retour hyper facile

everything was great for the entire week except for the initial pick up Location was given to us at the wrong location. It wasted a couple hours of us walking around and almost taking a taxi to try to find it when it was parked right in front of the airport. Not where the app was telling us to go. Otherwise, the vehicle was fantastic. As agreed-upon, it is parked in the short-term parking of the BC Ferries at Schwartz Bay. Fifth parking stall on the left as you come up the ramp. Also, as agreed, $20 is in the centre console.

Tres bon véhicule pour les long trajets. Économique et beaucoup d’espace. Nous avion un gros banc d’auto eventflo pour notre petit et il rentrait à la perfection à l’arrière. La voiture roulait bien, elle est spacieuse et très agréable à conduire. 7.6 litres de consommation en moyenne. Les locataires sont très gentils. Il s’agit d’un garage et les gens qui y travaillent sont souriant, très respectueux. Le véhicule était très propre et bien entretenue. Ps.: si vous loué le véhicule durant une tempête. Lors de nos long trajet en tempête, le véhicule s’est mis à trembler, mais il s’agissait que d’une accumulation de neige dans un rime. Un petit tour au carwash et tout était régler. Je relouerai sans soucis les yeux fermés.

Je n’ai eu absolument aucun souci. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille. J’ai dû faire un aller-retour à Trois-Rivières pour une compétition, et grâce à cette location, nous avons pu y participer… et repartir avec un prix en poche ! 🎉 Merci encore pour le service impeccable.
