Great car, no issues at all. Comfortable for our family of 4 and our luggage (trunk swallowed a large suitcase, 2 carry-ons and 2 back packs). Surprisingly good on gas, great highway cruiser, comfortable and maneuverable around town.

The car was very clean and the trunk was plenty big, even for 4 women travelling together. We had absolutely no issues with the car, it worked out perfectly for us. Our host, Colin, was very kind and brought the car right up to the arrivals area at the airport so we didn't have to go searching for it. On our return, he arranged for his friend to pick the car up from the departures area so we didn't have to worry about parking it. We were very pleased with everything and definitely recommend Colin and Turo for anyone traveling to Kelowna and needing a rental car.
Car was as described and fun to enjoy, and Brad was a great host and very tentative to our inquiries on a timely fashion.

Pickup & return areas at San Francisco International Airport
When picking up your car rental, San Francisco Airport has two approved areas for Turo guests — International Garages A and G. These are located along the Airport Access Road at the front of the airport, by the Grand Hyatt Hotel. When you first fly into San Francisco Airport, you can access these garages via the AirTrain airport shuttle, which connects all terminals. Then, when you're dropping your car rental off on your way out of SFO, forgo the busy rental car center and simply leave the vehicle for your host in either of these garages, before taking the AirTrain back to your departure terminal.
Communicate with your host
Before you fly into San Francisco International Airport (SFO), head to the Turo app for everything you need to know about exactly where your host will meet you or leave your rental car. Exit the parking lot with the parking ticket left by your host. Then, when it's farewell to Frisco, coordinate your car rental return the same way you did your pickup — by chatting with your host before you depart from San Francisco Airport.
