I had major problems with my trip, mainly having to rebook my return flight due to a cancellation with only a few hours notice by the airline, but also a theft. Kam provided quick responses to accommodate the changes that resulted from the chaos caused by Porter Airlines. Thanks a bundle, Kam, you were great!
