Josue is the GOAT ‼️After driving around for hours looking for a rental, Josue made the pick up and rental process a breeze. The car was at the pickup spot on time, clean, up to date features, nice sound system, and no mechanical issues at all. The side panel of the driver seat isn’t attached, but it still works. If I had more time I would’ve fixed it myself. Last minute needs required me to need another day on the rental and while the app was malfunctioning, Josue took the time to speak with Turo support to extend the rental an additional day. Only missing feature was an IPass. I’ll have to go online to pay my tolls once they load in. I’m already planning a month long rental in the coming week or so. THANK YOU JOSUE! Quality The Jeep looked fairly new. It was clean on the outside and mostly clean on the inside. A few drops of sand on the seats but easily cleaned off before dropping off. The Jeep had a great sound system which was great for the ride. If you have an iPhone, you can use the CarPlay system which was another plus for maps and Spotify. The Jeep was an enjoyable ride. We only took it to restaurants. There were a lot of Jeeps on the road so we figured why not join the crowd. We didn’t get to take the top down to enjoy the sun. The cold AC kept us comfortable! Pickup location We ended up walking to the shopping mall parking garage. We didn’t follow the picture of the parking lot which was across the shopping mall parking lot. Host Communication was clear and fast. We ended our use of the Jeep early and it was an easy process. This was my first time using Turo and this was a great experience. No issues whatsoever. He had 5 stars so it was an easy pick for me. Giving another 5 star rating because it was such an easy process rather than waiting in line at a rental company. I would definitely pick this Jeep or try another vehicle.

Great owner/host and a very enjoyable Jeep especially with convertible roof top option. Pick up location communication with cohost was abit fuzzy but in the end very simple pick up/drop off next to major LAX hotel. Would return.

Everything about this trip and rental was great! Started with the communication then the pick up and drop off super easy! Host was very nice and always replied ti messages pickup was convenient! The Jeep it self ran great!!!! It drove smoothly no problems at all! Maintenance on this vehicle is top notch! If you like Jeeps and good hosts definitely rent the HELL BOY!!! Car was great. Pick up location was a bit of a walk from my terminal, but it was fine. When dropping off I had a really hard time locating the correct parking garage. The garages were poorly marked and the map directions kept taking me in big loops. which is no fault of the host. I will definitely do better research before returning a rental car at this airport next time. I managed to park in an adjacent garage (not the correct one) and the host was extremely understanding and didn’t seemto be upset, even though I was late returning in the end. Thanks, Bruce. 😊

Everything was perfect! One minor glitch with location pick up (my bad). Mario responded immediately and very quickly rectified the situation.

The host was very accommodating to a last minute cancellation by another host. They quickly made available a car on very short notice. The car was a nice Jeep that had a lot of unexpected amenities: heated seats, heated steering wheel, CarPlay, etc. The host was very responsive. The location pick-up instructions were perfect. Highly recommend renting from this host!

Katrina was more than a 5 star host. She met me at the pick-up location to keep me from having to pay for parking. At drop-off, she did the same thing. To top it off, Katrina called me telling me thay I left my garage door opener in the vehicle. She agreed to hold it for me until I arrived next weekend. She was amazing and I'll definitely do business with her again.

The Jeep was great, tons of fun to ride through the Rockies! The location pick up and drop off couldn't be better when flying in to Denver - free shuttle both ways!

Like a kid at Christmas….I had the best time in Harry’s Jeep from the moment I picked it up. Before I even get into the car itself, let’s first discuss the service. Everything from start to finish was handled smoothly and the directions from pick up to drop off were very clear. Bonus was the full tank of gas and due to the airport pickup/drop off, Harry even paid for the parking. The car itself was everything I hoped for and more. It was very very clean both inside and out. It was both modern with the large touch screen and options but classic with some of the other features. The best part was the ability to drop the top which a QR code was provided to scan and gave instructions on how to do so for those of us that have never handled a jeep but desperately wanted too. Lastly, the price was very reasonable for all the perks. For a short moment in time…I was a “Jeep Girl” and I couldn’t thank Harry enough for the experience.

The perfect rental for hawaii! The owners were amazing and very accommodating. I ended up renting two of their jeeps and was very pleased with their customer service even with a hiccup I had finding the right parking garage to drop off the jeep at in the airport. Will definitely be renting from them again! Thanks a bunch!

Car quality, pickup location, communication, and the host were all 10/10. I live on island and just wanted to enjoy a Jeep for the weekend, and I already can’t wait for my next trip! Highly recommend!!
