Service was good until they blamed me for damaged. It was already there when i got it but after few days they file dispute of damages. Very terrible experience nd trying me to get in scam

In this case, the post-trip photos showed damage that was not present in the pre-trip documentation, so we followed Turo’s standard process and submitted the supporting photos for review.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! The Jeep Wrangler was clean, comfortable and perfect for our trip — we drove the Sea to Sky Highway up to Whistler and it handled beautifully. Pickup and drop-off in Richmond were smooth and easy, and the host was friendly, responsive and super accommodating with timing. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend this host and this car to anyone visiting Vancouver.
