The SUV was as described and ran great! My family of 4 fit perfectly and the vehicle was easy to locate in an easily accessible parking garage. At the end of our rental we filled up with gas and returned it to the same location. Made our day trip easy and enjoyable!

* Pick up location: the garage next to the massage/spa salon, petite but spacious enough for easy parking when returning * Host: Matthew was easy to communicate, but texting would be better than Turo app messaging for quick response - I had to change my return time two times but he was understandable. The lady there talks kinda fast but overall smooth and quick check in * Car (Chevrolet Spark): For the budget, it was perfect fit! It was spacious enough for two of us, I'm not sure how the back seat would be like. -There's no phone stand, so bring your own -Bluetooth: I tried resetting and everything but didn't work out in the end -Apple Car play: wasn't able to connect well -A/C: needs a little getting use-to, but worked good -The car felt safe and riding okay even through sudden rain shower and the size was really convenient to street park around tight spaces

The car was fabulous! It is a brand new car with less than 1000 miles on it. It was easy to find the parking location, pick up the car, and return it.

The truck was very nice and drove very well. Location pick up was very easy as well as return. The host was great when I needed a couple of different time changes.

Car quality was great. Vehicle was amazing. The location pick up was ok. The Google location really helped on finding it. Some of the directions were a bit off but overall good and thoughtful. When parking the car back on its respective lot use the lot name in the gps vs address provided ( it will have you circling around the airport). Thank You

The location fine for pick up the airport does not have good directions for the Rose so even though the app did tell me after I looked at it a couple times the airport does not have anything labeled at the end of each column nor do they have the parking lot space is labeled like most airports do but the app was fine

Car quality was ok. Car ran well for our needs, but the check engine light did come on. My thought is it needed an oil change - no biggie. Car was not cleaned prior to our pickup, but it worked out fine. Location was great. Shaun was great. We had a little hang up trying to get out of the parking garage but Shaun was immediately available to walk us through some things to help. Overall, the vehicle worked well for us. We would recommend, and work with, Shaun again! Thanks!

I had an outstanding experience renting from Andrew. I rented his Chevrolet Corvette C8 from May 1st to May 3rd for my son’s prom, and the entire process exceeded expectations. The vehicle was spotless upon pickup, and Andrew went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful note and a small gift for my son, something he absolutely didn’t have to do. That gesture spoke volumes about his character and genuine care for his renters. Pickup was seamless. The car was located in covered airport parking, positioned at the end of the row, making it extremely easy to find. From start to finish, everything was well thought out and convenient. The Corvette itself was an absolute joy to drive, and more importantly, it created a memorable experience for my son, exactly what I was hoping for on such a special occasion. Andrew was highly attentive and responsive throughout the rental. He answered all of my questions promptly and even checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to rent from Andrew again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top tier Turo experience.

Sabi was a great host: great communicator throughout my entire trip and all of the directions were precise and direct. The SUV was a great fit for my family. Tons of space, great gas milage/gas milage allowance, clean and maintained and had an easy pick-up location (super close to the airport). I would absolutely use Sabi again!

easy peasy!! I normally use hertz or something along those lines for a car rental, and always have a headache of a time. I will ALWAYS use Turo. This pick up was so easy. Got off the plane, went to short term parking, and car was right there ready to go with the key in the lock box. No waiting, no extra fees, no hassle. Just boom, ready to go. Car was perfectly clean, drove nice and smooth. Just a simple car which was all I needed. Dropped off quite literally in the exact location, key back in lock box, and off home I went. Can’t complain about a thing, thanks yall!
