First time Turo customer Communication was super easy, easy pick up and drop off. Car was older than expected but it ran well, and I’m partial to Hondas as a long time Honda owner myself.

Rafi is one of the best host in Turo he’s very responsive and the pick up location is easy to find I recommend Rafi thank you

The car was good and in perfect conditions. Good communication with Anish. I had a little problem during the pick up, but solved in a few minutes

Convenient location near airport, easy pick up and drop off.

We had an amazing experience renting from this host! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make everything easy for us. Our Uber accidentally dropped my friend and me off at the wrong location, and he was kind enough to come pick us up without any hesitation. During our trip, we also had a very minor issue driving through a construction zone where some fresh road paint got on the tires. We let him know right away, and instead of making us worry, he was incredibly calm, reassuring, and simply said he was glad we were safe. That level of understanding was really appreciated. To top it off, he even extended our drop-off time by an hour, which made our travel day much less stressful. Overall, he was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and easy to deal with. The car was spotless, in perfect condition, and the ideal vehicle for our trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again and highly recommend booking with him!
