Car quality was fair, had a dent in the back and not much power going up hills. It’s older. Pick up was easy and clear and the host responded quickly when messaging.

Yes Carrie, the car you booked is a 2021 so we can’t compare it to a new car. Glad you enjoyed the car. And the dent was made by a previous Turo customer the day before you took the car.
Car is great and clean. Picking up and dropping off is easy. Anish is good at communication.
