We received friendly service by the host from the moment we booked the vehicle to the night before our rental vehicle needed to be returned. The location of the vehicle pick-up was explained easily and fully, do didn't have any trouble finding the vehicle. The condition of the body of the vehicle was good and it's performance was great! Cleanliness was acceptable and the vehicle was nearly fully fueled (we returned it fully fueled). We were reimbursed immediately for the airport parking lot fee we had paid upon exiting the parking lot. The owner provided us with information on how to avoid airport and parking lot fees, which we took advantage of at time of check-out. Host is very responsive. A minor hiccup we had, which we're not sure what the issue may have been (buttons on lockbox felt loose), but the lockbox didn't lock for us at the end when we returned the vehicle, and we did our very best to secure the key inside. We would gladly rent this vehicle from this host again, and recommend this car and host for your future rental needs. We were in Washington, D.C. for our son's college graduation. We rented Cameron’s Honda Odyssey. The minivan ran great, location for pick up was very convenient, just a short walk to day parking. Cameron was great to work with. He sent a short video of how it works and how to get the key. I will definitely use Turo app again for my car rentals.

My trip with Kashif’s Honda was amazing! Car had everything we needed. It was clean, it drove really well. The instructions to pick it up and drop it off were clear and helpful with the links on how to use. Communication with host was easy and fast. Very convenient location for the pick up. The car was great and pick-up okay…had trouble with return as app took us to wrong parking garage and we drove around for 30 min trying to figure out how to get into Cypress Garage🤦🏼‍♀️

So far I’ve rented twice in the past two weeks and I must say the cars are reliable and efficient, it’s super easy for pick up and drop off. Il probably be back next week. Highly recommend this location

First off, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially the morning of pickup. I made the mistake of glancing over the instructions (don’t be like me—read them carefully!) and ended up in the wrong parking garage. The host had clearly written that the car was in the open lot next to the post office, but I missed that. Thankfully, he was super patient and responsive, and basically virtually walked me over to the correct spot. Couldn’t have asked for better support. Now the car itself — the Honda HR-V was spotless, smooth to drive, and amazing on gas. We drove it around the island with zero issues, and it was super comfortable the entire time. One major bonus: the car comes with free overnight parking, which is huge in Waikiki. That alone saves you $60+ per day, and the lot is just a couple blocks from all the action. You can park it and walk to all the fun spots downtown — beach, shops, food, you name it. I’m telling you now — when I come back to Honolulu, I’m 100% booking this same car again. For the price, convenience, and the great host experience, it’s a no-brainer. Don’t want to take too much of your time — just do yourself a favor and book it. Mahalo! 🌺 – Stanley

The Honda Pilot was perfect for what our family needed. We had 5 people, a bunch of suitcases and wanted to drive in some level of comfort. We also planned to drive up through Olympic National Park, so it was great that the vehicle had snow tires, and we opted for the option to rent snow chains. Going up to Hurricane Ridge, the ranger made sure we had those chains (though we didn't have to put them on). Pickup at the airport garage was very convenient and easy. We dropped off at a nearby garage which was also conveniently located 1 train stop away. We had some communication hiccup early on - they were communicative, but there were also some automated messages which caused some confusion on my end. After that everything was fine - the trip was great and the vehicle was everything we needed.

The pickup to drop off at the airport was SUPER SMOOTH. I appreciated the friendly messaging and attention to detail like when Jason asked which airlines we were using so that we would have the easiest transition to pick up the van. I would highly encourage everyone to consider using Jason’s Honda Odyssey.

Pick up was a bit confusing in the airport parking garage but the vehicle was perfect and Rosa was very responsive to any of my messages!

The Honda CRV was in excellent condition. We enjoyed driving it for the week. Pick up at the airport was easy and quick. Instructions were clear. We knew just where to find the car. This was So much better than going through a rental company!

Car was brand new, A/C was a little weak for Arizona weather but overall great experience. Not a host issue, that’s Honda. Host was very detailed for location pick up and also drop off. I would highly recommend using the same host.

I rented Martin’s Honda Pilot on Nantucket over Memorial Day weekend. The decision to go to Nantucket was last minute and I was relieved that Martin’s car was available. One of the surprising things to me was that it was so reasonably priced. My entire experience with Martin could not have been better. The car was roomy and immaculately clean. Perhaps the most important thing was that Martin made it incredibly convenient for me to pick up the car as well as to drop it off wherever it was convenient for me. That is worth its weight in gold on Nantucket. I cannot recommend working with Martin and renting his car highly enough. I can’t imagine a better experience is available on the island. I just hope that I’ll be able to rent from Martin again.
