overall the experience was good. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. I did experience some challenges with the vehicle, particularly a battery issue when the car came to a full stop, and I had to switch the car off and on again to get it working properly.

The car ran out of battery, the owner never accepted responsibility telling me the battery could not be the problem because it had 1 year of life, the battery was the problem in the end. Turo road assistance arrived after 2 hours and a half, to charge the battery. Had to wait all that time with my 3 little children in freezing weather because they told us they would arrived in 60 minutes.
Sorry, we cannot drive 4 hours to jump start the car for you. That’s why turo has road side assistance. Also, if the battery was the problem, it would’ve needed to be jump started again after a few days with you. The problem did not reoccur for the rest of your trip.
