I don't think I'll ever rent from a conventional chain car rental agency after this experience. There is something to be said about that extra assistance and direct contact with your vehicle rep. And Peshtaz (vehicle rep), your job security must be pretty high because who is going to find another employee like you?! From the concessions of our arrival delays to the drop off assistance. It's one thing to be able to locate almost any car you want to try out as a driving option, but to get it with such stellar support is exceptional! I'll be doing this again!

The pickup location was convenient and easy to find and access. However, it was quite busy, and parking in the area was somewhat difficult. Despite that, the overall process was smooth and straightforward. Overall, I would happily rent this car again and would recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable vehicle in Toronto.
