The vehicle was perfect for our drive to Niagara and performed flawlessly throughout the trip. The drop-off was even easier than the pickup, making the entire rental process seamless. The quality of the vehicle was top notch, and I loved the pickup location, lock box and parked at an industrial site. Really convenient and easy to find! The owners were incredibly friendly, had amazing communication throughout the rental, and offered an excellent price for a weekend getaway. This was my first time driving a Ford, and I have to say, I’m a fan now! The Ford Bronco was the perfect vehicle for a weekend road trip. It had everything you’d want in a modern vehicle, including Apple CarPlay, Google Maps, a responsive touchscreen, and excellent hands free features that made the drive effortless. The Bronco handled beautifully and felt smooth and confident on the road. I also liked that it sits a little higher than my own car, which made for a comfortable driving experience and great visibility. The interior is gorgeous. I loved the design and layout, especially the centre console. Everything is exactly where you need it, making it perfect for long drives. One of my favourite features was the rotary gear selector instead of a traditional gear shifter. I’d never used one before, and it felt modern, intuitive, and surprisingly fun to use. This rental exceeded my expectations. Between the fantastic hosts, the great value, and such an enjoyable vehicle, I’d happily rent from them again. As someone who had never driven a Ford before, I can honestly say I’m a Ford fan now!

The Ford Flex was an excellent vehicle for our trip. It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for my family and luggage. It drove smoothly on both highways and city roads, making the long drive very enjoyable. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was great to deal with and made the rental process easy from start to finish. I would definitely rent this Ford Flex again and highly recommend it to others.

So convenient to simply get off the plane and meet our host with the keys as we walked out of the baggage area. Vehicle was reliable and suited all our needs. Drop off was just as convenient, allowing us to skip shuttles at rental agency and all that.

Sound vehicle for the price. It had all the comforts, and appreciated the dash cam, smartphone holder and USB charging station. The engine feels rickety when starting, but runs fine afterwards. Small critique on the cleaning agents used as it was overpowering so I had to air it out by opening the windows for the majority of my trip. Good communication with the host. Bottom line is that it was good value and would do it again in the future.

Great size for family. We were traveling with 7 adults. But carry on luggage only. Communication with owner was great. Loved the hybrid aspect of vehicle, with the price of gas this was very nice. We were able to link our phones for maps as well. I wish the inside was cleaned a bit better.

I can't say enough good things about the owner. He went above and beyond to make sure our trip wasn't affected. I had originally booked a 2013 Ford Escape, but the day before pickup he messaged me to let me know it had developed a transmission issue and wouldn't be ready for a few days. Naturally, I was worried about what would happen next. He first offered me a 2023 Dodge Charger as a free upgrade. As a car lover, I was absolutely thrilled! However, my wife is pregnant and was having a hard time getting in and out of a sedan, so I explained the situation and asked if he had any compact SUV similar to the Escape—even an older model would have been perfectly fine. He then mentioned he might be able to offer me a Jeep Grand Cherokee, which made me even more excited. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, he actually showed me the Escape with the engine and transmission completely taken apart for repairs, so I knew he had been honest from the beginning. I looked around but couldn't see a Charger or a Grand Cherokee, so I asked where my vehicle was. He smiled and said he didn't have either of those available anymore... and then he pointed to the vehicle he was giving me instead, at no extra charge. It was a Jeep Grand Wagoneer. I was completely speechless. That unexpected upgrade made our trip so much more enjoyable, and it honestly felt like a dream to drive. Thank you so much for your honesty, generosity, and outstanding customer service. You didn't just rent us a vehicle—you made our trip 100 times better. I would recommend you to anyone without hesitation!
