This was the first time I used Turo and I loved the simplicity of paying for the rental, the best low cost, clean, well-maintained and easily found the vehicle by using the Turo app along with being able to text the owner if needed. I was able to pick the type of vehicle near me to rent. The vehicle was simple, hassle free to pick up and return. I met the host and they were professional, friendly and I will only use Turo when renting again. Love this concept and the price!

This was easily one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The red Tesla Model Y with the beautiful white interior was absolutely stunning, spotless, fresh, comfortable, and a joy to drive. The car felt premium in every way, and having Full Self-Driving included at no extra cost made the experience even more special. For the price, this is an incredible value and honestly much better than my usual Avis, Enterprise, or other traditional rental bookings. Jay and Kam were outstanding hosts. They delivered the car before the scheduled time, made the pickup and return completely smooth, and took the time to explain everything about the car in detail. They are true Tesla enthusiasts and former Tesla employees, and their knowledge really shows. As first-time users of Tesla’s self-driving features, their guidance made us feel comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy the car to the fullest. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful refreshments they provided for us. That small gesture made a big difference and immediately showed how much they care about their guests. I have never experienced that level of hospitality with any other rental before. It felt less like a regular car rental and more like a carefully prepared premium experience. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. They were friendly, responsive, and available anytime we had a question. The entire experience was stress-free from start to finish, and the car was perfect for enjoying Seattle and the surrounding areas. Amazing car, great price, and truly super helpful hosts. I would definitely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend this Tesla to anyone looking for the best Turo experience in Seattle. 5/5!

We come to Oahu quite a bit, and this rental worked out perfectly for our family. We were moving our daughter out of her dorm for the summer, so having a comfortable SUV with plenty of storage space in the back made a huge difference. It handled luggage, boxes, and beach gear easily without everyone feeling cramped. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and very easy to drive around the island. Whether we were running errands in town or spending the day exploring different parts of Oahu, it was reliable and enjoyable the entire trip. Compared to the major rental companies where even tiny cars can cost a fortune in Hawaii, this was a much better value. We’ve also used Hui before, but if you’re out exploring for more than a couple hours, the cost adds up fast. Having this vehicle available the whole trip gave us way more flexibility and convenience without the stress. Would absolutely rent again next time we’re on the island. Highly recommend!

Nick was an amazing host from start to finish. The Porsche Macan was absolutely EPIC — powerful, sleek, clean, smooth, and every bit of the luxury experience I was hoping for. I originally rented it for work, but I enjoyed it so much that I extended the trip for pleasure, and my family loved every second of it too. Nick’s customer service was top-tier. He was accommodating with my last-minute changes, easy to communicate with, and made the entire rental process feel effortless. The vehicle definitely turns heads, but the overall experience with Nick is what really made it stand out. I’d absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a luxury ride with a professional, reliable host.

Hiba was amazing. This was my first experience with Turo where I had the chance to meet the owner, She was punctual and pleasant. The vehicle was beautiful, but upon check-in I realize there was an issue with the tire. I notified her about it and less than an hour she communicated back to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be resolved on the day of my rental so I had to return it for her to get the tire completely replaced. She did exactly what she said she would do. She communicated with me and also Turo to get an adjustment to the price and change my reservation dates . This vehicle was impressive and in great condition. It was a perfect drive for my weekend getaway. 10 out of 10-recommend this reservation/owner.

Couldn't beat the price especially with it being a newer model car and also my previous reservation canceled on me in less than 24hrs. Blessed to have experienced this opportunity. Amazing vehicle and an even better host. The car was in excellent condition and made our family trip extremely comfortable. Prices were decent, especially for the size and year of the vehicle. Pick up and drop off were pretty simple and straightforward. Personally not the type of car I would go for, but due to my last sketchy host canceling on me hours before my trip because I covered my address in the license confirmation picture (which Turo allows you to do) that car was the greatest savior I have ever had! The host was awesome! He vacuumed and hosed the car down on the spot for me even though he was really busy. He even listened to me ranting about my trip lol and I appreciate that type of service. I'll definitely utilize them again if I ever get the chance.

Igor was fantastic, the car was a complete joy to drive and Igor has gone out of his was to add some nice touches, a cooler with drinks and ice when you pick up the vehicle, an umbrella, and a charging power cord. The car was well beyond clean and tidy, by far the best Turo I've ever rented. The price was reasonable and was able to extend my reservation a few times was supposed to have for 2-3 days ended up with 7-8. I would highly recommend this vehicle and this host 5 out 5 stars top notch.

Everything worked exactly as it should, and the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. On top of that, the host provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Communication was prompt, professional, and helpful throughout the rental process. If you’re considering renting a Tesla Model Y with Full Self-Driving, don’t hesitate. This was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had, and I would gladly rent from this host again. Highly recommended!
