The car was clean, comfortable, and great to drive. It was perfect for our trip, and everything went smoothly. Pickup was a little confusing, it was our first time using turo so wasn’t sure what to expect, had to reach out for instruction as he was a little late, and hadn’t sent any parking info for pickup yet or any info in general. Overall was a good vehicle for the price, other than the front drivers headlight out. We enjoyed our trip, but the host needs to be better at pre trip communication.

Car quality was as expected. Hosts were very accommodating & friendly. The only thing I would change would be the pickup location as I took transit from Oshawa to pickup the vehicle in Mississauga & it was hard to find & I got lost for a bit.
