The car is in excellent condition with no technical issues. It drives smoothly and reliably, providing a great driving experience. Rosa is an excellent owner — everything went smoothly without any problems. We even extended the rental period; it was quick and convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that the car is located quite far, so it’s better to plan for an Uber in advance.

Zo is very accommodating with pickup and drop-off and the Kona is a very nice automobile to drive. I did advise him to give some written instructions to prospective EV renters on the pros and cons of charging and procedures/ranges, etc. Will call him again should I need another EV rental.
