Excellent experience from start to finish. Our original booking was for a Model 3, but due to an unexpected issue with the vehicle, the host quickly arranged a Toyota bZ4X as a replacement and was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and the communication was great.
What impressed me most was the level of care — even toward the end of the trip, the host personally called to ask how our trip had been and whether everything with the vehicle was going well. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Really appreciated all the help and flexibility. Would absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommended!

The ride felt really comfortable, and I appreciated how modern everything felt inside. Charging was simpler than I expected too. Overall, such a great experience with very clear instructions and timely also. I’d definitely rent this EV again!
