We had a nice new hybrid SUV. There was no extra charge for a second driver. Pickup and drop-off were convenient and painless. Price was better than offered by rental companies. Only minor complaint was that we arrived early but weren't able to move up the pickup time.
Great experience! The car was delivered right to my home, and being able to pick it up and return it at my address made everything so convenient. The fuel level wasn’t filled up with much fuel (but enough to get around without any concern), and Gary was so thoughtful to apologize and even provide a discount coupon. I really appreciated how considerate and attentive he was. Would definitely rent from him again!

I feel like my family and I seriously lucked out renting Frankies Infiniti QX60. I was having a difficult time booking with the traditional rental agencies as Hertz had no suitable cars to rent even 1-2 months out from our planned arrival and Enterprise emailed me last minute to try to change our reservation. This car has AWD with snow tires equipped for our trip up to Whistler,was in excellent drivable edition, and Frankie even lent us a winter ice brush/scraper which came in very handy as we had to drive and stay in snowy conditions up in the mountains for the week. Communication was excellent from start to finish, Frankie was extremely flexible when I requested a drop-off time 1 hr later than I had originally planned, and I was able to drop the car off in the parking lot without having to meet him at the end of the trip so I could be on my way. Thank you Frankie for letting me rent this vehicle, will def reach out again if we come back in the future.
I had a great experience renting a 2015 Kia Sorento through Winny. The car was solid, reliable, and drove well throughout my trip. Perfect car for a day trip with family. The entire rental process was smooth from start to finish. Winny was very prompt in responding to my questions, and both the pickup and return were quick and hassle-free.
