Overall, I had a good experience with this rental. The car was exactly as advertised, clean, well-maintained, and drove without any issues throughout the trip. Communication and the rental process were smooth. The only minor inconvenience was that the vehicle did not have electronic door locks, so each door had to be locked manually. It wasn’t a major problem, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. Other than that, everything went well, and I would consider renting this vehicle again.

I feel like my family and I seriously lucked out renting Frankies Infiniti QX60. I was having a difficult time booking with the traditional rental agencies as Hertz had no suitable cars to rent even 1-2 months out from our planned arrival and Enterprise emailed me last minute to try to change our reservation. This car has AWD with snow tires equipped for our trip up to Whistler,was in excellent drivable edition, and Frankie even lent us a winter ice brush/scraper which came in very handy as we had to drive and stay in snowy conditions up in the mountains for the week. Communication was excellent from start to finish, Frankie was extremely flexible when I requested a drop-off time 1 hr later than I had originally planned, and I was able to drop the car off in the parking lot without having to meet him at the end of the trip so I could be on my way. Thank you Frankie for letting me rent this vehicle, will def reach out again if we come back in the future.

Great car in excellent condition! The host was super friendly and helpful throughout the trip. Since it’s a plug-in hybrid, using electric power saved me a lot of money, especially with the current high gas prices. Highly recommended!

Great Turo host! Communication was quick, clear, and easy throughout the rental process. The location was incredibly convenient, just 5–10 minutes from the airport. The vehicle had plenty of trunk space for our luggage, and both pickup and drop-off were simple and hassle-free.

We had a great experience with this vehicle. It was brand new, with less than 1,000 km on it, and was the perfect size for our family. It felt spacious and comfortable while still being easy to drive and park around Vancouver. The hybrid technology was an added bonus. We drove nearly 600 km during our trip and didn’t even use half a tank of fuel, which was impressive. The airport pick-up and drop-off process was also very convenient. The vehicle was located just a short walk from the terminal in the adjacent parkade, making both arrival and departure stress-free. The Turo app worked very well, and communication with the host was easy throughout the trip. The instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use Turo and Richmond Hyundai again on a future trip. Highly recommended!

The car was great - we were a family of 5 doing a 5 night trip and with all our luggage it was full but still very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean when I picked it up, with one or two very minor bits of interior and exterior cosmetic damage. Pick up and drop off instructions were very clear and the whole process was smooth. I had a couple of questions before the trip started and the owner was always very responsive. 5 stars!
