I had an excellent experience renting the X5 through Turo. The vehicle was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. It drove perfectly and was exactly as described. Jingrong was incredibly responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with. She replied to messages very quickly and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend renting from her, and I would definitely book this car again in the future!

The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and drove great. Communication was easy, and the pickup instructions were clear. The only small hiccup was with airport parking. Since Vancouver Airport only provides 30 minutes of free parking, be aware that your reservation start time may not align with when the vehicle was actually parked. In our case, the car had been parked before our reservation began, so we effectively had less than the full 30 minutes to locate the vehicle and exit the garage. We made it out quickly but still had to pay for parking, which was an unexpected extra expense. Overall, we had a great experience and would rent this vehicle again.
Wonderful experience of the rental Audi Q7 SUV. 😃 The host is a really nice person. 😉 Good communication. 🤓 The car was in excellent condition. 👍🏻 Clean, tidy with full tank of gas. ✌🏻 Strongly recommended if someone is interested to rent a comfortable SUV. 😀

Very seamless process with the rental. The host was amazing 👏. The vehicle was smooth and clean got the family everywhere we needed to go. I would rent again.

Couldn’t be happier with my rental experience. Car was charged, car seat was installed, and the best part was the pickup being so close to the baggage claim. It was a much easier pickup and drop off experience than I expected. I was traveling with two small kids and this was the best car rental experience I have ever had. The car itself was in perfect condition. Will rent from them again in a heartbeat.
Excellent car, especially for long trips. Owners were flexible, and agreed for pick-up and drop-off at airport for additional price. Make sure to coordinate pick-up and drop-off in advance.
I feel like my family and I seriously lucked out renting Frankies Infiniti QX60. I was having a difficult time booking with the traditional rental agencies as Hertz had no suitable cars to rent even 1-2 months out from our planned arrival and Enterprise emailed me last minute to try to change our reservation. This car has AWD with snow tires equipped for our trip up to Whistler, was in excellent drivable edition, and Frankie even lent us a winter ice brush/scraper which came in very handy as we had to drive and stay in snowy conditions up in the mountains for the week. Communication was excellent from start to finish, Frankie was extremely flexible when I requested a drop-off time 1 hr later than I had originally planned, and I was able to drop the car off in the parking lot without having to meet him at the end of the trip so I could be on my way. Thank you Frankie for letting me rent this vehicle, will def reach out again if we come back in the future.

Great car, drives well, as advertised, clean and good communication, price competitive, would hire again! Ben was very friendly and flexible.
Good quality car and smooth ride. Vehicle is well maintained, nice and clean. Rental process through Amir was simple and straightforward. Would rent again!

My experience with Pacific North Coast Car Rentals was fantastic from start to finish. The car was perfect for helping me transport my elderly mother, and I received it in immaculate condition. Pick up and drop off were seamless. But most notable was the customer service. PNC responded almost immediately to every text and question I had, no matter how small or frequent my requests. All communication was respectful, responsive, and timely. I really appreciate how easy it was to rent from them and how attentive they were to my needs. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Vancouver.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We booked this car at the last minute, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made the pickup process quick and hassle-free, even on such short notice. The car was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It drove smoothly, was comfortable for our entire trip, and was very fuel-efficient. We had no issues at all, which made our travels stress-free and enjoyable. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was clear that the host takes great care of both the vehicle and their guests. We’re very grateful everything worked out so seamlessly despite our last-minute booking. I highly recommend this host and their vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable rental experience. We would definitely book with them again. Thank you for helping make our trip a great one!
Everything was great! Exceptional car condition, easy pick up and return, great communication and plenty of valuable information and trip tips. I highly recommend this rental and will come back myself for sure!

Great experience overall. The Tesla was clean and in excellent condition. Yash was friendly, took the time to explain the vehicle since it was my first Tesla rental, and made the whole process easy. Communication was great and the return process was smooth. Would rent from him again!

The car was great - we were a family of 5 doing a 5 night trip and with all our luggage it was full but still very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean when I picked it up, with one or two very minor bits of interior and exterior cosmetic damage. Pick up and drop off instructions were very clear and the whole process was smooth. I had a couple of questions before the trip started and the owner was always very responsive. 5 stars!
Car was ready to go, on time, clean and with full charge. Owner provided instructions about the car and was great to deal with from start to finish. Would highly recommend Yash's Tesla for your trip!
