The car was great and overall experience was good. The only thing that I would highlight is to communicate with host via Turo app. As per shared process by host, on arrival, when I called the number to pick me up from Airport to take me to their car pick up point, I was initially told they will arrange something. Nothing happened. On following up, I was told, I need to arrange something of my own. This whole back and forth wasted 30 min. until I contacted them via Turo app. Someone from their team was able to arrange an Uber after that.
