The car itself looked brand new , clean, smelt nice and a nearly full tank of gas to start the trip. 5⭐Host Unfortunately, I was involved in a fatality car accident, and was in need of affordable, reliable transportation. I rented this car for 3 weeks, and was informed there was another reservation. But Even though I had to return this vehicle, once the host heard my situation he informed me he had just purchased a new car and even tho it wasn't on Turo yet, that he'd make the arrangements and allow me to rent his new car! But he was also willing to discount! Not only was this host accommodating, he went above & beyond excellent customer service, Im forever indebted for his generosity, empathy, kindness and willingness to work with me during what I consider the most stressful time of my life. This was my first experience with Turo and my original host canceled my trip due to a family emergency. Luckily I was able to use the same funds for this white Camry which was delivered to me the night prior to my reservation so it was ready for me the next morning, (a life saver for a working mom with 5 kids). My host also approved for me to extend my trip while my car remained in the repair shop. One thing I could hope for would be to request lower rates to be available. Thanks again!
