The car was kept at the airport for us, so pickup was seamless — no waiting, no rental counter, just keys and go. 5 Stars – Highly recommend! Rented a Porsche 911 Carrera convertible from Serious for a day in Las Vegas. The car was delivered straight to my hotel and picked up when I was done — super convenient. It was spotless, very clean inside and out, and drove amazingly for my errands and sightseeing around the city. Serious and the team were very professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent and everything went smoothly. Serious is definitely my go-to for car rentals in Vegas now. Would rent from him again in a heartbeat!

The car was awesome for a Porsche Taycan 4S. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.
Fantastic service! Turo last minute cancelled my reservation non refundable because I hadn’t yet uploaded my license photo. I was furious with Turo, but the host could’ve just kept my money and not given me the car. Instead they issued me a full refund, and allowed me to book the car still. They were also very friendly, and gave me an ice cold water because it’s 115° outside! Great experience with the team, and the car drove like a dream!
Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The Porsche Cayenne was in excellent condition — very clean, smooth to drive, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off at the airport were seamless and super convenient. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional, with very clear instructions that made everything stress-free. Communication was great throughout the trip. Overall, this was one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. I would 100% rent from them again and highly recommend this car and host to anyone visiting Las Vegas.
Car was in excellent shape inside and out, fully loaded, the daily rate was great, communication with Brandon and crew was perfect, the only thing to note is that this Cayenne is not the V8 Turbo, but the 3.0L V6 turbo engine. Would rent again! Thank you
