The owner was very polite, and the car itself was great—clean, reliable, and excellent on gas. Just a heads-up for future renters: there’s an older Prius parked in the driveway of the apartment directly behind where the rental car is parked on the street. I stupidly drove right past it even though it was basically right in front of me, so this was completely my fault and not the owner’s. Just wanted to mention it so another easily confused person like me doesn’t make the same mistake!

The host was great but definitely don’t rent a electric car if you have never driven one before! The car said we had 174 miles and we only drove 80 miles and it died completely 😭 there was no charging stations anywhere nearby where we were going electric cars are a waste of time!
I need to kindly commend Diana and Co for the lovely service, attention to detail, and the seamless pick-up/drop-off process. I will continue to booking as needed in dire emergencies due to their vehicle reliability, proximity and upmost honesty :) Their blue BMW 320i drove beyond amazing, no problems whatsoever, and was definitely an eye-catcher out in public.
