Car was beautiful, clean and drove smoothly.. would definitely recommend!
Highly recommend this car had great gas mileage the seller was very polite and responsive 5 stars all the way
Put the top down and enjoy the coastline the way it was meant to be! Somewhere in between the speed of a motorcycle and the “on the beach” feel of a dune buggy, this former Kenny Loggins’ Mini is one of the most enjoyable ways to get around Nipomo and Santa Marie. Plus you’ll be able to park where others can’t. This was one of the only two convertibles available in the SLO area and although was a bit further for us, once I put the top down, everything made sense. The Mini does ride low so it was suggested we avoid high tides. Erica helped us get use to Turo, was communicative, and easy going. Put the top down and turn up Top Gun Soundtrack, and you are on your way, in style. I think we only used a 1/4 tank of gas. This is a great way to take in the CA ocean.

Speed limits are simple here: 25 mph in residential areas, 35–45 mph on major roads, and up to 65 mph on highways, but always look out for signs.
The weather is mostly mild and sunny in Santa Maria, but rain can make the roads a little slippery in winter, so make sure you check the forecast!
Parking in Santa Maria is generally easy to find. The Town Center Mall and Historical Museum offer plenty of parking, and there’s street parking along Broadway and Main Street too. Just be prepared for competition for spaces during weekends! 1554 South Broadway Parking (near Santa Maria Fairpark) is another great option.
Santa Maria doesn’t have toll roads, so don't worry about extra fees while you're here. You might encounter toll roads leading to other parts of California (such as the Bay Area Toll Bridges, 405 Express Lane and SR 125 Toll Road), so keep an eye on signs.
Need to refuel or charge up in Santa Maria? You’ll find plenty of gas stations in town, especially around Broadway and Main Street, and there are plenty of charging stations for electric cars too, including at the Town Center Mall and the library.
Absolutely! Public transport in Santa Maria is limited, and with so much to explore nearby — like Oso Flaco Lake or Avila Beach — having your own rental car gives you the freedom to go wherever, whenever.
