This was my first time using Turo. Our host (Timothy) was very communicative and thorough. The car was very clean. One suggestion, even though this car has a wireless charger, if you can have charging cords in the glovebox for other passengers, that would be helpful. I would recommend renting this BMW X7 from Timothy. I definitely would next time I’m in Vegas.

AMAZING! Allen is a complete professional from start to finish. Super accommodating despite a delayed flight and early drop off. Car was located conveniently at the car rental center (there’s a small turo lot just outside). Felt like a brand new car, freshly detailed! Could fit two check in bags in the trunk no problem. Drove it all the way to Grand Canyon West and Hoover Dam with the top down, what an experience! Driving this BMW 2 M series with the top down thru Allen is worth it!
Pickup was easy, car looked great but had a strong odor from previous renter. Once I notified him, he immediately called me to offer a replacement vehicle. Was able to meet up to swap vehicles and was given an upgraded vehicle! Great communication and resolution! Will rent from him again!
The car was immaculate and the communication was great it made it very easy to pick up and drop off the vehicle will rent from again when we are back out.
This was my first time using Turo. It won’t be my last. Great experience and a nicer car for less than standard rental companies. My only suggestion would be that the return instructions are provided the night before for early morning drop offs instead of an hour before drop off time. I like to be a little better prepared the night before an early morning of travel. Other than that, everything was great!😊
