The jeep was great. Clean and smelled nice. Pick up location was easy they give very detailed instructions where to pick up and drop off.. it’s so nice not waiting at a car rental counter. Host was very helpful and responsive when needed. Will definitely use and recommend 🌺
My experience with this jeep was nothing short of perfection. The price is beyond fair, the color pops so nicely and gets a ton of looks around Waikiki, the convertible was a great time and allowed for taking in the beautiful views that Hawaii is known for, and it came perfectly clean and spotless. 5 stars. Great car, even better host. Aya was friendly and communicative from booking through drop-off, with very clear instructions every step of the way. She even went out of her way to secure a booster seat for our child, which was incredibly hospitable. The Jeep Rubicon 4xe was immaculate, and its vibrant teal color added to the vibe of our tropical Oahu getaway. It turned heads all over the island. We couldn't use the soft top because of the rain, but it drove great and fit 3 adults, 1 child, 2 large suitcases, 2 carry-ons, and backpacks with no problem. As a hybrid, the gas mileage was excellent. We drove a good amount and only filled up once, on the way back to the airport. It was our first time in a Jeep, and we're now seriously thinking about getting one of our own. We'll definitely rent from Aya again on our next trip to Oahu!
