Honestly, one of the best car rental experiences I’ve had in Hawaii! Gabriel was great to rent from. I’ve rented cars here before, and they would often be full of sand, have curb rash, or show a lot of wear and tear. This car, however, was in beautiful condition—clean, well-maintained, and clearly taken care of. I’m honestly surprised it’s still in such great shape considering how often rental cars get used. The whole experience was smooth and easy. I would definitely rent from Gabriel again and highly recommend him!

This was my first time using Turo and my first time in Hawaii and this rental was absolutely fantastic. After looking through the name brand rental companies trying to guarantee either a convertible or a Jeep Wrangler/Gladiator with removable roof panels, I came across some Turo vehicles on Priceline and downloaded the actual Turo app. I found this green little Mini Cooper on "sale" for my 8 day rental and gave it a shot and I couldn't be happier. The car was waiting right at the airport at the parking garage, no waiting in lines, no surprise fees, just a sweet little convertible waiting for me to explore the entire island. If you're on the fence about renting a convertible, go for it, you won't be sorry. Just note, although it a 4 seater, this car is best suited for 2, especially with luggage. My family had rented another vehicle as well so it was rare that we put 4 adults in it, but when we did, it was a tight squeeze for those in the back, and wasn't as comfortable for me up front having to scoot forward for them. When it was just me, it was perfect. Kcjppk CC a lot to LA Auto Sport was super communicative, even though I had no issues whatsoever, Bren was very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend them and would rent this car again in a heartbeat if I came back to Hawaii.

The car was in good condition. i had no trouble driving it throughout the trip at all. Because I had not been back to Hawaii so long, I was not familiar with International Garage which was the designated location for pick-up and return of the car. So I was lost in both the pick-up and return for that reason. ( But that is my own fault, not Turo's or the Local Host (LA Auto Spot)'s at all. LA Auto Spot hosts (esp Duhreen) were kind, prompt, patient and professional in dealing with me to solve any problems I encountered. I was very impressed. In the beginning, I did not know Turo was an App-based rental car business, but I ended up liking the experience through Turo and LA Auto Spot. 1 suggestion for Turo and LA Auto Spot: I hope that you can make and include a 2 min video (mp4) clip explaining (1) how to get to the location (International Parking Garage) from the gates (for pick-up), or from entrance of HNL airport (return), and (2) what to take pictures of (to document the car condition, dashboard (incl fuel gauge), relative location of the car parked for return), either in pick-up and return. Overall, I rate my experience with Turo and the local hosts (LA Auto Spot team) 5 stars. Thanks, guys! I was able to rent a specific car of my choice, at reasonable and affordable price!

great car rental! it was just what we needed for our small hotel parking spot, ac worked great, and we appreciated the slightly tinted windows. It was clean and great on gas. Molz was very helpful, communicative, and pickup/dropoff was super easy. would def rent again!

I had a great experience renting a car from this company! I really appreciated that they delivered the car directly to my hotel and picked it up from the same location, which made everything so much easier and more convenient. After the car had already been delivered, I realized I needed a child car seat. The host was very helpful and kindly provided one, which I truly appreciated! The car was delivered on time, communication was excellent, and the entire rental process was smooth and stress-free. Great service, very reliable, and highly recommended! I would definitely rent from them again!

Excellent prompt communication during rental process. Car exactly as described. Was parked very close to cruise pier 2. Easy walk to car from ship took less than 10 minutes.

Jerry was awesome! His little fiat was perfect for getting around Waikiki. He got us the car soooo fast after booking… literally within the hour. He was flexible with return times too which made us feel less stressed. He has lots of tips for visiting the island and made us feel welcomed by a local. Good guy! We’d happily rent a car from him again.

The host and the car were great! We really enjoyed the top down experience on the island and cruising around in the big Lexus. Cong was great about working with our schedule to drop off and pick up the car at our hotel in Waikiki after we figured out our luggage would not fit for a trip back to the airport. However, I wouldn't rent this car again. With all the speed bumps, extremely slow speed limits and rough roads, this isn't the best car to explore the island in. The car also has a tracking system in it, so if you attempt to use any of this cars fantastic performance capabilities, you get a nagging message from the host about it. I'd rent from Cong again, but I'd get a Land Cruiser instead, as its much better suited to the driving environment of Oahu.

I had reservation for another BMW at the start of my trip that got canceled while we were en route to Oahu. I had to quickly look up another car and found this BMW from Eren. Eren was quick to respond and had the car waiting for me. The car was clean and mechanically sound. The car looked great and was fun driving around the Island. I would definitely use Eren again.

It was a great island car to get us to our church conference and where we needed to go. A few roaches but nothing to freak out about. Would garuntee rent again. Gas prices good

Excellent Trip: Returning customer: 3rd time using this vehicle, host and supplier. All went very smooth. The communication was great from day one. The airport pick-up was well managed and the parked vehicle easy to locate, Vehicle was delivered on time and care free. The car itself was in overall great condition. All systems (navigation, Convertable top, lighting, displays and mechanics of The car) was excellent. The weather was good, therefore we were able to travel with the Convertable top lowered almost 24/7. Returning the vehicle, I errored and entered the wrong garage (my fault). I contacted the host, received an immediately response and without hesitation notified me, the lot I was in, would be more than accessible, take good pics so vehicle could be picked up and my normal airport (time) stressors were avoided - THANK YOU … The experience was excellent. We are fortunate and have the ability to visit Hawaii annually. We will continue to use this vehicle type and host in the future. Thank you (once again) for doing your part and making this trip memorable.

Had a great experience renting Rain’s Prius for 4 days while in Hawaii! Rain was super friendly and easy to communicate with, and the whole rental process was smooth and hassle-free. This was a last minute rental as the prior rental was wrecked the morning of our trip and we were notified that morning that they had to cancel the reservation. We got lucky that we were able to find this car the same day we were arriving in Hawaii. Car was clean, communications were excellent, and the price was reasonable. Couldn’t ask for a smoother transaction. Much appreciated and will definitely rent again!!!
