Afsha was a great host and kept the communication clear, he kept the checkout and check-in process easy and straight-forward. The Highlander I rented was excellent in carrying 8 passengers (with light luggage and car seat) in comfort for a road trip, I was very happy with the car. Unfortunately it does have some scratches/dings from previous renters but you as with the Turo guidelines you have to note all blemishes on the vehicle before accepting it during check out. Will definitely rent this vehicle again if I need a comfortable 8 seater.

Great host, very accommodating. The car runs great and is very fuel efficient. The only downside was no A/C and no backup camera, but other than that everything was exactly as it is in the add. I recommend!

This is was my first experience using Turo and I had a great experience! This car was perfect for our needs and was quite easy to pickup and dropoff. Umer was quick to respond to questions as well. I would highly recommend this car!

I originally had booking with another host. Unfortunately, the booking was cancelled at the very last minute, right when I was about to check in. I suddenly had to find another vehicle the same day, which was incredibly stressful. Thankfully, I found Umer. He responded almost immediately, was extremely helpful, and did everything he could to get me into his vehicle as quickly as possible. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The vehicle was in good condition and drove perfectly. It made our trip so much easier. Although Turo only allows a maximum of 5 stars, I would honestly give Umer 6 stars if I could.
