Everything about our auto reservation exceeded our expectations. The Toyota Sienna was in great condition. Our port pickup went really smooth despite the chaos on debarkation. Host made some accommodating arrangements for our car pickup. All communications and responses were made in a timely manner. I would rent from host again.

1. Meeting this car on our trip with my kid was an absolute stroke of luck!! 2. It was so clean that I thought it was a brand-new car straight out of the showroom. 3. The fuel efficiency was incredible. During our two-week stay, we only had to refuel once. 4. When we visit Vancouver again next summer, I will definitely rent from him again. Super comfortable and perfect for our trip. My son loved having the screen in the back to keep entertained and the van was amazing on gas, which is always a big bonus on any road trip! The hosts were fantastic with communication from start to finish and made the whole rental process easy. This was a great experience, easy 20 minute direct train ride from the airport. Good size, easy to drive through the tight roads of Vancouver. extremely good on gas. I highly recommend renting this car if you just need a simple vehicle to get around.
