Marcos is super friendly and accommodating. The Prius runs perfect and is really cheap on gas. Nothing bad to say

The notice provided was less than an hour, and unfortunately, your messages did not come through until you had already arrived. When you called, I answered immediately and came down to meet you. I’m sorry for the brief wait and am glad you otherwise had a good experience with the vehicle.
Marcos was fantastic especially for only a one day rental. We had lots of questions since we were getting in on a cruise ship and departing at the airport. He was very helpful and worked with us throughout, helping us drop off early and avoiding traffic. I definitely recommend Marcos if you are in Vancouver and need a nice, clean simple ride with a super nice and helpful host.
