I rented this Tesla Cybertruck for a long weekend trip through Arizona, and it was hands-down one of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I booked, everything felt premium and effortless. The Cybertruck itself is a total showstopper. It turns heads everywhere you go—people were literally stopping us to ask questions and take photos. Driving it is an absolute thrill. The acceleration is insane (that instant torque never gets old), the ride is surprisingly smooth and comfortable, and the tech inside is next-level. The massive screen, Autopilot, and all the unique features made every drive feel like the future. It had plenty of space for luggage, groceries, and even some adventure gear. It was also spotlessly clean, fully charged, and in pristine condition when I picked it up. What really made this rental special was the host. This guy is exceptional—he truly cares about his guests and goes the extra mile in every way. His communication was prompt, friendly, and super helpful from the first message. He provided detailed instructions, tips for getting the most out of the truck, and even left a welcome package with snacks, water, and a nice note. When I had a small question about one of the features, he responded instantly. The pickup and drop-off process was seamless and flexible, and you can tell he takes real pride in his vehicle. It’s clear he wants every renter to have an unforgettable experience, and that level of care really shows. If you’re thinking about renting a Cybertruck, stop thinking and just do it—especially with this host. You won’t regret it. I rented the car for a month and was able to save a lot money using electric instead of Gas. Mohammed has put larger tires on the car so the ride of the car is better than other Teslas that I have driven. If you are planning to rent a Tesla in Boston, I recommend this car.

This was easily one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The red Tesla Model Y with the beautiful white interior was absolutely stunning, spotless, fresh, comfortable, and a joy to drive. The car felt premium in every way, and having Full Self-Driving included at no extra cost made the experience even more special. For the price, this is an incredible value and honestly much better than my usual Avis, Enterprise, or other traditional rental bookings. Jay and Kam were outstanding hosts. They delivered the car before the scheduled time, made the pickup and return completely smooth, and took the time to explain everything about the car in detail. They are true Tesla enthusiasts and former Tesla employees, and their knowledge really shows. As first-time users of Tesla’s self-driving features, their guidance made us feel comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy the car to the fullest. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful refreshments they provided for us. That small gesture made a big difference and immediately showed how much they care about their guests. I have never experienced that level of hospitality with any other rental before. It felt less like a regular car rental and more like a carefully prepared premium experience. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. They were friendly, responsive, and available anytime we had a question. The entire experience was stress-free from start to finish, and the car was perfect for enjoying Seattle and the surrounding areas. Amazing car, great price, and truly super helpful hosts. I would definitely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend this Tesla to anyone looking for the best Turo experience in Seattle. 5/5!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my first Tesla drive! Renting the Model 3 Long Range was a dream. The team was truly incredible, attentive, responsive, and always helpful. Every question I had was answered super quickly, and their customer care was top-notch. Renting a car from Brandon was a seamless process. The car was easy to find and the pick up and drop off were really easy. My first time driving a Tesla went pretty good, there is definitely a learning process because everything is mostly done on the touchscreen. I had a some trouble finding charging stations but I’m sure it was issues with me and not the car. LOL 😂 I will rent the car again if gas prices stay high. Good experience overall

The team was super nice and accommodating. Would def rent from them again. Not sure I’d rent a Tesla as too much variation in how good the battery is and how good the tech is. The car was slightly wonky (maybe needs an update as there were a few glitches like the navigation was switching super fast from close up to far away). But the guy who helps you with the car was super decent and could not have been nicer. So five stars for GOOD people!!

My trip was a total dud--I had a random, never-before-seen error with the car that didn't allow me to charge it. Had to rent a car from a different place to finish my trip. HOWEVER, Alex was amazing. He was super responsive and spent like 2 hours on the phone with me and Tesla support to get my issue resolved. I'm leaving him a great review because he went above and beyond to help me even though the problem wasn't his fault. I wasn't incredibly impressed with Turo and their refund policy... but I definitely was with Alex. He really is an all-star host and I would book again with him just because he's awesome.

The Full Self-Driving technology was absolutely incredible. We drove along the California coast, through busy congested city traffic, active construction zones, and crowded tourist areas, and the system handled everything with impressive confidence and smoothness. It made long drives far more relaxing and enjoyable than I ever expected. The car itself was comfortable, efficient, and a pleasure to drive. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. On top of that, the host provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Communication was prompt, professional, and helpful throughout the rental process. If you’re considering renting a Tesla Model Y with Full Self-Driving, don’t hesitate. This was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had, and I would gladly rent from this host again. Highly recommended!
