We’ve now rented for three straight months from Broden, choosing multiple vehicles. He has always been extremely responsive and made our experience smooth. He has some of the best vehicles available and at a very reasonable price. We tried to rent from another listing this past week after returning our last vehicle to Broden, and immediately had to contact Turo to have them cancel the reservation due to major mechanical issues. Broden keeps up on his mechanical services, that added Rocket Car Wash unlimited pass is a really nice bonus, and pickup and drop off are so convenient. We just booked our 4th month and 3rd vehicle today with Broden.
Amazing experience from start to finish! The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready right on time. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the rental process quick and stress-free. the truck drove perfectly the entire trip. I would definitely recommend this truck rental company to anyone needing reliable service and equipment. Will absolutely be using them again in the future!
We had an excellent experience renting this truck for our vacation. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. It drove great the entire trip and made traveling much more comfortable. The owner was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental process. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient. We would definitely rent this truck again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle for a trip.

Clint was an outstanding host from start to finish! The entire rental process was incredibly easy, smooth, and stress-free. He was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure everything was clear and convenient throughout the trip. The truck itself was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was spotless when I picked it up and performed flawlessly the entire time. I took it on a longer trip and had absolutely zero issues. The ride was comfortable, reliable, and handled everything I needed with ease. If you’re looking for a five-star experience all around, book with this host!!! I will absolutely rent from him again in the future! Thank you!!
The truck was perfect and basically brand new. We always appreciate the bed cover on rental trucks. This is my second time renting from Ryan and will continue to do so in future trips.

The option of Renting this Nissan Frontier pick up truck appeared at first glance like an “anxiety-reducing opportunity”, and here’s the reason why: -Pretty much all of the other trucks of the same type (with the oversized compartment in the back) are advertising for over $200 at the minimum, and quite often for just 24 hours. -In addition to the relief I felt as I noticed that this one was reasonably priced, the pick up location came as an unexpected bonus. Basically, there are a great number of car dealerships, most if not all, located one next to the other, occupying about a mile-long segment of the main road connecting Colma and Daly City called Serramonte Blvd. Thus, after dropping my car at the Volkswagen dealership on Serramonte blvd, being able to access this rental, located only about a mile away was a pleasant surprise. Especially when you combine that with the affordable price. - Lastly, the communication with the truck owner was easy and the details provided were quite thorough; which altogether made for an “anxiety-reducing” experience overall😀👍🙏. Thank you again for making the rental process of your Frontier, as simple and stress-free as it can be. Kel F, PharmD

Rental process was very easy. I had the car dropped off and picked up from my house with no issues. Vehicle was super clean! Will absolutely rent from again!!!

Great vehicle. Super clean and comfortable. Super responsive host. Was available on time. Would recommend to anybody looking to rent a truck. Will use again in the future

Truck rental again was great, very clean and comfortable, will do business again in future, thank you.

Tian was great. He helped guide us throughout the whole rental process. The car has amazing FSD. I would highly recommend for roadtrips. Would rent again from him

This truck is awesome. It has a super strong and smooth running engine. All the working areas of the truck such as the tie downs in the bed are in great condition, which was super important for me. 👍👍 used for hauling machinery. The bed is in good shape not torn up like most rental trucks. Made it easy to sweep out. You will love driving this truck if visibility is important to you, it’s a lot better than a comparable sized van lol. While trucking around 😎 I loved the sound system, worked great with charging my phone and playing music. The check in and experience with Nesha was excellent. The price was significantly better and I enjoyed this truck much more than any truck I’ve gotten from THD, Lowes or Enterprise and this year was a BIG YEAR for trucks and vans ✌️

Amazing truck, flawless and very reasonable price. Just keep in mind it's rear wheel drive so not best for snowy conditions! But otherwise awesome car!
Great truck rental experience! The vehicle was clean, reliable, and easy to drive. The host is easy to talk to and made pickup/drop-off smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

This busy port area sees constant movement of goods and materials, making it a prime location for those needing robust transportation. A truck rental here proves invaluable for hauling shipping containers, transporting construction materials, or moving heavy equipment. The wide, well-maintained roads accommodate large vehicles, but be prepared for potential traffic during peak hours. Parking for large vehicles is available, but it's wise to plan your stops in advance.

Check the truck's towing capacity if you plan to haul a trailer or boat. Familiarize yourself with the vehicle's dimensions to navigate Victoria's narrow downtown streets and parking garages. Be aware of fuel efficiency, as trucks typically consume more gas than standard cars. Lastly, inspect the truck thoroughly before driving off, noting any existing damage to avoid potential disputes later.

Victoria offers several scenic routes perfect for a truck adventure through British Columbia's breathtaking landscapes. The Pacific Marine Circle Route is a popular choice, winding through coastal villages and lush rainforests. For a more rugged experience, consider the journey to Port Renfrew, where you'll encounter pristine beaches and ancient forests. The Malahat Drive provides stunning views of the Saanich Inlet and Gulf Islands. These routes showcase the diverse beauty of Vancouver Island, from rocky shores to towering mountains. A truck rental in Victoria is ideal for these trips, offering the power and comfort needed to navigate varying terrains while providing ample space for gear and supplies.
Effective load distribution is crucial when using a truck rental in Victoria for moving. Start by placing heavier items at the front of the cargo area, close to the cab. This helps maintain stability and improves handling. Distribute weight evenly from side to side to prevent the truck from leaning. Use tie-downs to secure items and prevent shifting during transit. For oddly shaped objects, consider using blankets or padding to create a level surface. When loading, keep in mind the truck's weight capacity and avoid overloading. Properly distributed loads not only ensure safer driving but also protect your belongings from damage. Remember, Victoria's hilly terrain can amplify the effects of poor load distribution, so take extra care when planning your move.
When selecting a truck rental in Victoria, prioritize safety features that enhance your driving experience. Look for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) such as lane departure warnings and forward collision alerts. Anti-lock braking systems (ABS) and electronic stability control are essential for maintaining control, especially on British Columbia's varied terrain. Backup cameras and blind-spot monitoring can be particularly useful when manoeuvring larger trucks in urban areas. Many modern trucks also offer adaptive cruise control and automatic emergency braking. For those planning longer journeys, consider trucks with fatigue detection systems. These safety features not only protect you but also make navigating Victoria's diverse roads, from city streets to mountain passes, much more manageable and secure.
Parking large trucks in downtown Victoria can present unique challenges due to the city's compact layout and historic architecture. Many streets have limited space and tight corners, making manoeuvring difficult. Height restrictions in some parking structures may exclude larger trucks. Look for designated truck parking areas or consider parking on the outskirts and using public transport to reach the city centre. Some areas have time restrictions or permit requirements, so always check local signage. Victoria's busy tourist seasons can further complicate parking, especially near popular attractions. Planning ahead and arriving early can help secure suitable parking. When possible, opt for a smaller truck rental in Victoria to navigate the downtown area more easily while still meeting your transportation needs.
Luxury pickup trucks offer a significant upgrade in both comfort and technology compared to standard models. In terms of comfort, luxury trucks often feature premium leather seating, advanced climate control systems, and enhanced cabin insulation for a quieter ride. The suspension systems are typically more refined, providing a smoother experience on Victoria's varied road conditions. Technologically, luxury pickups boast advanced infotainment systems with larger touchscreens, high-end audio systems, and seamless smartphone integration. They often include features like 360-degree cameras, adaptive cruise control, and advanced driver assistance systems. Many luxury models also offer premium materials and finishes throughout the interior, elevating the overall driving experience. These enhancements make luxury pickup truck rentals in Victoria ideal for both work and leisure, combining functionality with high-end comfort.
Navigating a full-size truck rental through Victoria's narrow streets requires patience and skill. First, familiarize yourself with the truck's dimensions and turning radius. Use your mirrors frequently and adjust them for optimal visibility. When turning, take wide angles and be aware of your tail swing. In tight spaces, don't hesitate to use a spotter if available. Be cautious of overhanging trees and low-hanging signs, especially in residential areas. Plan your route in advance to avoid the narrowest streets where possible. When parking, look for pull-through spots or larger spaces on the outskirts of busy areas. Remember that Victoria's downtown core can be particularly challenging, so consider parking further out and walking or using public transport for city centre visits.
When selecting a truck rental in Victoria, consider several key factors to ensure it meets your specific needs. Firstly, think about the purpose of your rental — whether it's for moving, a road trip, or work-related tasks. The size of the truck is crucial; while larger trucks offer more space, they can be challenging to manoeuvre in Victoria's urban areas. Consider fuel efficiency, especially for longer trips through British Columbia. The truck's features, such as towing capacity, bed length, and cab size, should align with your requirements. If you're planning to explore rugged terrains, look for trucks with appropriate ground clearance and four-wheel drive capabilities. Lastly, consider your comfort needs, especially for extended drives, and choose a truck with suitable amenities and seating options.
Highway driving in a truck rental differs significantly from driving a regular car in British Columbia. Trucks require longer stopping distances, so maintain a greater following distance and anticipate stops earlier. Wind resistance is more pronounced in trucks, especially on exposed highways, requiring a firmer grip on the steering wheel. Be mindful of your vehicle's height when approaching overpasses or entering tunnels. Lane changes and merging need more planning due to larger blind spots and slower acceleration. When descending British Columbia's steep mountain passes, use engine braking to maintain control and prevent brake overheating. Pay extra attention to weight distribution, particularly when carrying cargo, as it affects handling and braking. Lastly, be prepared for slower travel times and plan fuel stops more frequently, as trucks typically have lower fuel efficiency.
