I rented this Tesla Cybertruck for a long weekend trip through Arizona, and it was hands-down one of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I booked, everything felt premium and effortless. The Cybertruck itself is a total showstopper. It turns heads everywhere you go—people were literally stopping us to ask questions and take photos. Driving it is an absolute thrill. The acceleration is insane (that instant torque never gets old), the ride is surprisingly smooth and comfortable, and the tech inside is next-level. The massive screen, Autopilot, and all the unique features made every drive feel like the future. It had plenty of space for luggage, groceries, and even some adventure gear. It was also spotlessly clean, fully charged, and in pristine condition when I picked it up. What really made this rental special was the host. This guy is exceptional—he truly cares about his guests and goes the extra mile in every way. His communication was prompt, friendly, and super helpful from the first message. He provided detailed instructions, tips for getting the most out of the truck, and even left a welcome package with snacks, water, and a nice note. When I had a small question about one of the features, he responded instantly. The pickup and drop-off process was seamless and flexible, and you can tell he takes real pride in his vehicle. It’s clear he wants every renter to have an unforgettable experience, and that level of care really shows. If you’re thinking about renting a Cybertruck, stop thinking and just do it—especially with this host. You won’t regret it. Renting this Tesla was smooth and straightforward overall — the car itself was clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. I rent Teslas occasionally but don't own one, so I'm familiar enough to get by, but this experience reminded me how much nuance there is to the Tesla ecosystem that casual renters simply won't know. The host did send a video ahead of time, which was a thoughtful gesture — but it was a generic Tesla overview that covered specs, body design, and internals rather than the practical, day-one stuff a renter actually needs. A custom 5–10 minute video focused specifically on setting up your driver profile, dialing in comfort preferences, and getting moving quickly would be infinitely more useful. Something tailored to this car and this rental experience, not a broad Tesla introduction you'd find on YouTube. A simple FAQ or a few annotated screenshots covering things like Supercharger use (and a note that charging costs are handled through Turo so there's no surprise billing) would dramatically reduce friction for first-time or infrequent Tesla renters. The pickup location itself was fine, but the same white-glove principle applies here too. A small but impactful detail: simply letting renters know to look for the red van marked "Pre-Flight," including the parking garage phone number, and providing clear step-by-step instructions to call ahead and let them know you're ready for pickup would eliminate all guesswork. I ended up spending unplanned time researching a process that the host could have explained in two sentences. Removing those friction points — the confusion, the research, the uncertainty — is exactly what separates a good rental from a memorable one. The car is genuinely great and the host clearly takes care of it. These suggestions come from a place of wanting to see this listing reach its full potential — because the foundation is already solid.

This was easily one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The red Tesla Model Y with the beautiful white interior was absolutely stunning, spotless, fresh, comfortable, and a joy to drive. The car felt premium in every way, and having Full Self-Driving included at no extra cost made the experience even more special. For the price, this is an incredible value and honestly much better than my usual Avis, Enterprise, or other traditional rental bookings. Jay and Kam were outstanding hosts. They delivered the car before the scheduled time, made the pickup and return completely smooth, and took the time to explain everything about the car in detail. They are true Tesla enthusiasts and former Tesla employees, and their knowledge really shows. As first-time users of Tesla’s self-driving features, their guidance made us feel comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy the car to the fullest. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful refreshments they provided for us. That small gesture made a big difference and immediately showed how much they care about their guests. I have never experienced that level of hospitality with any other rental before. It felt less like a regular car rental and more like a carefully prepared premium experience. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. They were friendly, responsive, and available anytime we had a question. The entire experience was stress-free from start to finish, and the car was perfect for enjoying Seattle and the surrounding areas. Amazing car, great price, and truly super helpful hosts. I would definitely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend this Tesla to anyone looking for the best Turo experience in Seattle. 5/5!

This was the smoothest car rental process ever! Maha was very helpful and kind! She provided detailed instructions seeing that this was my first time driving a Tesla. She was very prompt and available if I needed any assistance. I will definitely rent a car from maha again!! :)

Still giving 5-stars since it was a great car in great condition with an accommodating host, but I would recommend that the host start allowing guests to utilize the Tesla App to access the car, rather than limiting the guests to using the key card. The convenience of the app is one of the main reasons I almost exclusively rent Teslas while on trips.

The car was nice. Mohammad was also great. Made renting easy. Helpful and explained if you never drive a Tesla before. Will rent again.

I had a great experience renting Alvin’s Tesla. The car was clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to drive throughout my trip. Nico is a great car host, one of the best I’ve dealt with. His communication was excellent from start to finish: quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. I would rent any car from Nico without hesitation. I’ve rented a Tesla before from a big fleet operator where you’re basically on your own, picking it up from a random supermarket parking lot in a not-so-great part of Las Vegas. This experience was the complete opposite. Nico made everything easy, personal, and smooth. His Tesla with Full Self-Driving (FSD) should absolutely be your first choice. Honestly, why rent a Tesla if you’re not going to let it do what it’s famous for? The FSD experience made the trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. The car itself was spotless—freshly washed, super clean—and Nico even delivered and picked it up right at my door. That level of service is hard to beat. And for the small extra cost, we easily made it back in gas savings. If I could give Nico extra stars, I would. Highly recommend.

Came to Las Vegas for EDC and wanted a reliable vehicle, especially with current gas prices, so choosing a Tesla was an easy decision. Since so much of the Tesla experience is handled remotely, having dependable support was extremely important to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better host than Resla. My trip was a total dud--I had a random, never-before-seen error with the car that didn't allow me to charge it. Had to rent a car from a different place to finish my trip. HOWEVER, Alex was amazing. He was super responsive and spent like 2 hours on the phone with me and Tesla support to get my issue resolved. I'm leaving him a great review because he went above and beyond to help me even though the problem wasn't his fault. I wasn't incredibly impressed with Turo and their refund policy... but I definitely was with Alex. He really is an all-star host and I would book again with him just because he's awesome.

This Tesla was such a fun car to drive! Making the reservation couldn't be easier. And Jalen (Tesla owner) couldn't be a nicer guy to rent from.

The team was super nice and accommodating. Would def rent from them again. Not sure I’d rent a Tesla as too much variation in how good the battery is and how good the tech is. The car was slightly wonky (maybe needs an update as there were a few glitches like the navigation was switching super fast from close up to far away). But the guy who helps you with the car was super decent and could not have been nicer. So five stars for GOOD people!!
