I expected more help from the host to understand certain things from the tesla
Hello Rita, We appreciate the review! During the pickup process we explained to you the basic controls of the car and how the app access to the car works as well as how supercharging and home charging is completed. We asked you if you had any questions before you left, you didn’t. If you would visit the Tesla dealership they would gave you the same basic explanation of the vehicle when going on a test drive. We are simple Tesla owners, we are not Tesla product specialists. Manual was provided.
