Yinuo's Subaru WRX is rare Turo gem. The car is in fantastic condition, unique, fun-to-drive and incredibly well looked after. We picked the car up from Yinuo at the airport and it was pristine, inside and out. Communicating and meeting in the terminal building at the airport was very easy. Our trip was made that much more special by having such a nice car to tour around in. Returning the car was very simple even though we were an hour late due to some unforeseen traffic issues. Yinuo went the extra mile to accommodate and also return some property we accidentally left in the car. His excellent hosting, exceptional car and smooth process made our trip even better than we had anticipated. We will definitely seek out Yinuo's cars next time we are in Kelowna.
Subaru was excellent, tires in great condition for winter travel. I would rent again! Host was a fantastic communicator and very flexible.
Yinuo was a great host. I had to quickly hire a car and he was able to be super accomodating and assist greatly. Great to talk to and deal with. Prompt responses and very understanding. Honestly, the best host/hire I have had and dealt with. Also his Subaru WRX is a great car!
