The car ran great and got great gas mileage with the gas prices the way they are that was a great help and change from my truck that gets 12mpg. I will definitely rent from Mohammads Mitsubishi again.

This is the first time we have rented with Eric and Turo. We did so because of the huge savings in cost between Turo and the other traditional car rental companies. What we didn’t expect was the outstanding customer service that Eric provided. He communicated with us prior to our trip, he checked in with us during our trip and we saw him again when we were returning the car.He receives an A in customer service. We had a small issue during our 4 week rental and he handled quickly with no hassle. He is definitely customer oriented. We will be returning to rent through him again in August and December.

My experience using this app to rent a car was excellent, and a big part of that was thanks to Omega. He went above and beyond to help me with things he didn’t have to, like helping me better understand how the app works. This type of host truly exceeded my expectations. When I received the car, it was spotless and came with a full tank of gas. Omega was always on time, responded quickly whenever I had questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone using Turo.

Car was clean and comfortable, besides the seat covers were a little uncomfortable. Was suggested by Turo as a substitute for a minivan and didn't fulfill our space needs, but if an SUV meets your space needs, this is a good car.

Pascal was hands down the best Turo host I’ve had. The Mitsubishi Mirage was incredibly clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and communication were smooth and easy from start to finish, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. You can tell he really cares about providing a great experience for his renters. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rent from Pascal again and highly recommend both him and the car to anyone looking for a reliable rental.

This was our first time renting on Turo and every part of it went perfect. The car was fabulous, it was practically brand new. We really enjoyed it and a Mitsubishi might be our next car! The check in process was very easy and convenient with a lock box on the window. The host also included over 40 pictures earlier in the day so check in took less than 5 minutes. During our rental we needed a two day extension and the host responded very fast. 10/10 experience will definitely rent again.

Easy once I figured out that the car was at Budget rent a car. My first time doing it so a little bit confused

Very clean and brand new car. Downtown pickup makes it super easy to get to and it is right next to the Kerby CT train station. We requested a child seat and me and my family got to drive to Banff and Drumheller within the included milage. Overall a great experience that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to rent a car in downtown Calgary. We will certainly book it again!

The car was as said normal wear and tear but gets you where you need to go. More of an highway/short road trip type car. The host was amazing checked on my service at least once a day to make sure all is well very accommodating works well with you for whatever you need. Will rent again from this host. We had an amazing trip around Nova Scotia with this car. Simon made pickup and drop off very easy. The car ran smoothly and was great on gas, and very spacious for 2 people to keep everything we needed in the back seat. Carlos was an exceptional leasee. It was my first time renting from a contactless rental agency. Initially, I was somewhat apprehensive and just unfamiliar with the process, but it works quite efficiently. The leasee basically rents his vehicle out to others. The car was incredibly clean and very good with mileage. It was a 2017 Mitsubishi, but since I was only in Chicago for one day, I only needed it from points "A" to "B." The price was quite reasonable, and Carlos' communication was good. There was a slight hiccup regarding my pickup. Although he sent me a text, I didn't receive it until later. I called him and he picked up right away. He had sent the text 30 minutes earlier, but there was a delay (perhaps because I was in the airport's parking garage area and reception wasn't good with my phone). If there's a delay, I strongly suggest that you give him a call instead of texting. It can prevent communication errors. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll certainly try Turo again.
