Aleks was an outstanding host from start to finish. I rented his Tesla with Full Self-Driving and took it from the Lower Mainland all the way to Vernon and back through the Coquihalla -and the experience completely changed my perspective on long-distance driving with an EV. FSD made the trip unbelievably relaxing. Watching the car confidently handle highway driving, lane changes, traffic flow, and navigation over such a long distance was honestly mind-blowing. What made the experience even better was Aleks himself. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about Tesla technology. We ended up geeking out over the features, FSD capabilities, charging, and all the little details that make these cars so impressive. His excitement made the whole rental experience even more enjoyable and gave me confidence before the trip even started. The car was clean, well cared for, and exactly as described. If you’re thinking about renting a Tesla -especially if you want to experience FSD properly -rent from Aleks. You can tell he cares about the experience people have with his vehicle. I would absolutely rent from him again without hesitation.

5 star experience with UGT! The car was immaculate when I received it, clean inside/out and fully charged. The car was stocked was some extras such as an alternate charger connector, UBC-C cable and other thoughtful touches. I received an automated email with links how to drive a Tesla, again a nice touch. Pick up was done virtually. Would highly recommend UGT, I will return as a customer 100%.

I rented the 2023 Tesla Model 3 for a trip, and it was an amazing experience. The car was spotless, fully charged, and exactly as described. Smooth, quiet, and very fun to drive with great range. Autopilot and Bluetooth worked perfectly. The host was helpful and responsive when I had questions about charging. Overall, great car and easy experience—highly recommended!

This was my second time renting from UGT Hosting and it will not be my last! Jean is always prompt and helpful, even with a last-minute booking. We were not able to drive the car for the first 4 hours of our trip due to a phone key issue, but thankfully UGT Hosting is a well-staffed company and someone was able to meet us and fix the issue. Turo experiences are so much better when renting from a well-managed team!
